Located in the heart of the Historic Northeast Arts District, N&E is conveniently located near downtown Minneapolis and embraces both the ambiance and diversity of Northeast and the polished serenity of luxury apartment vibes. With clean sophistication, true artisan flair, and many unique floor plan offerings, our homes easily accommodate any lifestyle and make it easy to create the ideal living space.

We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following for each applicant:
  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
  • $150 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon approval. Nonrefundable
  • $500 Deposit, per household, due upon approval.
  • $250 Pet Fee, per pet, due upon move-in. Nonrefundable.

As a Minnesota-based company, we know firsthand that moving in the middle of winter isn’t ideal. That’s why we design most of our lease terms to avoid winter move-outs, though we can accommodate other timelines when needed. Prices and special offers valid for new residents only. Pricing and availability subject to change at any time.
